Raffle and Prize Rules

1. Promoter

The promoter of each prize draw on the Fanszer platform is Fanszer Ltd, registered in England and Wales. References to "we", "us", and "our" in these Rules refer to Fanszer Ltd.

2. Eligibility

Fanszer is open to registered users aged 13 and over. Users must confirm they are 13 or older at account creation.

Certain prize draws involving age-restricted prizes — including alcohol, adult experiences, standing-only event tickets or other age-restricted content — will be clearly marked as 18+ on the platform. Users aged 13 and over may enter these draws.

If a winner is under 18, the winner must nominate a parent, legal guardian or another person aged 18 or over to receive and use the prize on the winner's behalf. The nominee must complete any required identity and age verification before the prize is released.

For winners aged under 16, Fanszer may require confirmation of parent or legal guardian permission before a prize is released or a nominee is accepted.

The under-18 user remains the winner of the draw. However, where a prize is age-restricted or subject to adult-only venue/event rules, it will be issued to the verified adult nominee.

If the winner does not provide a valid nominee and complete the required verification within 7 calendar days of Fanszer's first winner notification, Fanszer may select an alternative winner.

Employees, contractors, directors and representatives of Fanszer Ltd, its affiliates, and any prize partners involved in a specific draw, together with their immediate family members and members of the same household, are not eligible to enter that draw.

Prize draws are void where prohibited by applicable law.

3. How to Enter

Participation in any Fanszer prize draw is completely free. No purchase, payment, or financial contribution of any kind is required at any stage.

You earn raffle tickets by taking part in activities on the platform. These currently include completing quizzes, maintaining daily streaks, and referring friends who successfully onboard to the platform. Referral multipliers may apply in certain cases, and these will be clearly explained in the platform at the time. We may introduce additional ways to earn raffle tickets through new game mechanics from time to time, and these will always be communicated clearly when introduced.

Once you have earned raffle tickets, they are held in your account for you to use as you choose. To enter a specific prize draw, you must actively select that draw in the app and choose to allocate one or more of your tickets to it. You are never automatically entered into a draw and you are under no obligation to enter any particular draw.

Only tickets you have actively allocated to a draw during its entry period will count as valid entries for that draw.

4. Free Entry Route

All standard Fanszer prize draws are free to enter. No purchase, payment, subscription fee or financial contribution is required to earn raffle tickets or enter a prize draw.

Raffle tickets are earned through free activities on the platform, including completing quizzes, maintaining streaks and referring friends who successfully onboard.

Each valid raffle ticket allocated to a draw has an equal chance of being selected. The number of tickets you allocate to a draw determines your proportionate chance of winning in that draw.

5. Draw Period

Each prize draw will have a clearly defined opening and closing date and time, which will be displayed on the platform or the relevant campaign page. Only tickets allocated to a draw before its closing time will be counted as valid entries for that draw.

6. Prizes

The prize or prizes available in each draw, together with their description and approximate value where applicable, will be clearly set out on the platform or the relevant campaign page at the time of the draw.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prizes do not include travel, accommodation, transfers, food, drinks, insurance, spending money, visas, passport costs, personal expenses or any other costs not expressly included in the prize description.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold or resold.

Where a prize page or prize-specific terms state that a cash alternative is available, the winner may choose to receive the stated cash alternative instead of the prize, provided that they notify Fanszer before ticket transfer or prize fulfilment has been completed.

If an event is cancelled, materially changed or a prize cannot be fulfilled for reasons outside Fanszer's reasonable control, Fanszer will provide a prize of equal or greater value or the cash alternative stated in the relevant prize-specific terms or Raffle Rules.

Where a prize is marked as 18+ or is subject to adult-only venue or event rules, the prize will be released only to a verified adult. If the selected winner is under 18, the prize will be released to their verified adult nominee in accordance with Section 2 of these Rules.

Fixed Cash Alternatives for 2027 Ticket Prizes

Sonny Fodera Prize: 2 standard-admission tickets to see Sonny Fodera at The O2, London, in March 2027. Cash alternative: £160.

Chase & Status Prize: 2 standard-admission tickets to see Chase & Status at The O2, London, in April 2027. Cash alternative: £180.

David Guetta Prize: 2 standard-admission tickets to see David Guetta at The O2, London, in June 2027. Cash alternative: £300.

Harry Styles Prize: 2 Gold VIP tickets to see Harry Styles at Wembley Stadium, London, on one of the announced August 2027 dates. Cash alternative: £1,300.

The stated cash alternatives are fixed amounts and will not be reduced due to ticket availability, resale value, event demand or Fanszer's cost of sourcing the prize.

7. How Winners Are Selected

Winners are selected from all valid entries using a fair, random, and auditable process. Every ticket allocated to a draw has an equal chance of being selected. Your overall odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets entered into that specific draw by all participants.

We may use internal tools or trusted third-party services to conduct the draw and maintain a verifiable record of the outcome.

8. Notifying Winners

Winners will be contacted by email or in-app notification using the details associated with their Fanszer account, within 5 working days of the draw date.

Winners may be required to confirm their eligibility and provide information needed to fulfil the prize, such as a delivery address or travel details. Winners must respond within 7 calendar days of Fanszer's first notification and provide any information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and fulfil the prize. If a winner does not respond within that period, cannot be verified as eligible or cannot accept the prize, Fanszer may select an alternative winner.

Where a winner is under 18 and the prize is age-restricted or subject to adult-only event rules, the winner will be given 7 calendar days from Fanszer's first winner notification to provide valid adult-nominee details. The nominee may be required to complete identity and age verification. If the required nominee details and verification are not completed within that period, Fanszer may select an alternative winner.

9. Prize Fulfilment

Full details of how a prize will be delivered or arranged will be provided directly to the winner after the draw. This may include digital delivery, physical shipping, or coordination of travel or event arrangements depending on the nature of the prize.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party providers such as travel operators, venues, or couriers, but we will make reasonable efforts to support winners in resolving any problems that arise.

10. Publicity

We may, where permitted by law and subject to your consent where required, announce winners by first name, initial, or username and general location such as city or country, on the platform or through our marketing channels.

No winner is required to take part in any additional publicity. Any further involvement, such as appearing in content or promotional material, will be entirely voluntary and subject to a separate agreement.

11. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entry where there is evidence of fraud, manipulation of the platform, use of multiple accounts, use of bots or automated tools, or any other breach of our Terms and Conditions.

Where a winning entry is disqualified, we may award the prize to an alternative eligible participant.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fanszer Ltd is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or incomplete due to technical issues beyond our control, or for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in a draw or from accepting or using a prize, except where directly caused by our negligence.

Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or any other jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, those protections apply to you in full.

13. General

By entering any prize draw on Fanszer, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Raffle and Prize Draw Rules and our main Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend a prize draw or these Rules where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, while acting fairly towards all participants wherever possible.

These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales, consistent with our main Terms and Conditions. Where mandatory local laws in your country of residence apply, those protections are not affected.

14. Spanish Participants

Participants entering prize draws from Spain should be aware that local tax obligations may apply to prize winnings. Fanszer will provide winners based in Spain with any information required to meet their local tax reporting obligations. Fanszer reserves the right to withhold a portion of the prize value where required by Spanish law to cover applicable taxes.
